हरड़ चूर्ण शुद्ध हरीतकी फल को सुखाकर बारीक पीसकर तैयार किया गया है। आयुर्वेद में हरड़ को औषधियों की माता कहा जाता है। यह पाचन शक्ति बढ़ाने, कब्ज़ दूर करने, पेट को हल्का रखने और शरीर की सफ़ाई में सहायक है। यह गैस और अपच की तकलीफ़ में भी आराम पहुँचाती है। सेवन विधि: रात को सोने से पहले आधा से एक चम्मच चूर्ण गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। गर्भवती महिलाएँ इसका सेवन न करें।
