आँवला चूर्ण पके हुए शुद्ध आँवलों को सुखाकर बारीक पीसकर तैयार किया गया है। इसमें विटामिन C और एंटीऑक्सीडेंट भरपूर मात्रा में होते हैं। यह रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने, पाचन को ठीक रखने, आँखों और बालों के स्वास्थ्य को सहारा देने तथा त्वचा में निखार लाने में सहायक है। सेवन विधि: आधा से एक चम्मच चूर्ण सुबह शहद या गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। बालों के लिए इसे हेयर पैक की तरह भी लगाया जा सकता है। सूखी और ठंडी जगह पर रखें।
